    WhatSizeofBrandsDoWeWorkWith?

Short answer: eCommerce ones. Long answer: the employee count is basically irrelevant.

People ask what "size" of brands we work with.

Our smallest client has 1 employee.

    Turns over £10m+.

Knows their margins better than most finance teams.

Does not ask if Google "needs more data".

We also work with a brand that has 5,000 employees.

    £1bn+ turnover.

    Multiple layers of approval.

Still loses money on specific SKUs because no one owns the decision.

    Same problem. Different costumes.

    We've worked with:

    • Founder-led Shopify brands
    • PE-backed scale-ups
    • Global eCommerce inside very large organisations
    • Teams with zero structure
    • Teams with too much structure

The common thread is not size. It's complexity.

    • SKU sprawl
    • Uneven margins
    • Legacy decisions
    • Dashboards everyone distrusts but still obeys

    Employee count doesn't fix that.

    Revenue doesn't fix that.

More meetings definitely don't fix that.

At JudeLuxe we don't optimise for how impressive a brand looks on LinkedIn. We optimise for whether each product deserves to exist in the ad account.

    Big brands like that.

    Small brands like that.

    Bad ideas do not.

If you sell physical products online and Google Ads matters to your P&L, you're the right size.
