How to prepare
No homework required, but these things help us make the call more useful:
Have Google Ads access ready
We may ask to take a quick look at your account structure during the call. Admin or read-only access works.
Know your monthly ad spend
Rough numbers are fine. We're trying to understand scale and whether our approach makes sense for you.
Think about your goals
What does success look like? Revenue targets, profit margins, growth ambitions-whatever matters most to you.
Note any frustrations
What's not working? What's keeping you up at night? The more honest you are, the more useful the call will be.
What we won't do on the call
We won't pitch you. This is exploratory. If we're not a fit, we'll say so-and often recommend alternatives.
We won't pressure you. No "sign today" nonsense. Good partnerships don't start with urgency tactics.
