Profit Review · Free · 30 minutes
Thirty minutes on where your Google Ads spend loses contribution
The Profit Review is a founder-led initial diagnosis. We look at the account with you, name the two or three places margin is leaving, and tell you plainly whether it is worth doing anything about. No slides, no pitch, no fee.
No preparation required. Screen share on the call is enough.
What we look at in the half hour
Where the blend is hiding losses
Which parts of the account are carried by a handful of SKUs, and what the average is covering up.
Brand versus incremental spend
How much of the reported return is demand you had already earned before the click.
Performance Max exposure
Whether PMax is buying margin or buying whatever converts cheapest that week.
Feed and structure red flags
The structural faults that show up in minutes: titles, exclusions, duplication, out-of-stock spend.
What you leave with
A read on your account
Live, on the call. We look at the account with you rather than sending a templated scorecard afterwards.
The two or three things that matter
Not a 40-point checklist. The issues large enough to be worth your time this quarter.
An honest next step
Fix it in-house, take it to your current agency, or go deeper with the SKU Profit Audit. All three are normal.
Two diagnostics. Start with the smaller one.
Profit Review · free

SKU Profit Audit · capped at four per month
Ten working days of analysis across the catalogue. Twelve months of spend mapped to contribution margin, every leak quantified in pounds per month. Requires account access and cost data.
The SKU Profit AuditWho the review is for
You are a fit if
We work with established ecommerce brands. Our typical retained client invests £15k+ per month in Google Ads, though fit is set by catalogue complexity and commercial opportunity rather than a hard threshold. You sell physical products, and you suspect the account is leaking margin somewhere you cannot yet point to.
You are not a fit if
You are service-based or B2B SaaS, or you are looking for a pitch deck dressed as an audit. That is not what this is.
Why it costs nothing
Half an hour of founder time is cheap for us and useful for you. The expensive diagnostic is the SKU Profit Audit, which is why that one is capped and gated. The review exists so nobody has to commit to the deep version to find out whether there is anything worth finding.
We do not ask for card details, we do not require a contract, and we do not turn the call into a pitch. If the honest answer is that your account is in decent shape, that is the answer you get.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Profit Review really free?
Yes. It is 30 minutes with a founder, no fee and no obligation. It is free because it costs us half an hour, not a week of analyst time.
What is the difference between the Profit Review and the SKU Profit Audit?
The Profit Review is a 30-minute founder-led initial diagnosis of where spend is losing contribution. The SKU Profit Audit is the deep version: 10 working days of analysis across your catalogue, requiring account access and cost data. Most brands start with the Review.
What access do you need?
Nothing in advance. Screen share on the call is enough for an initial read. Formal read access to Google Ads, Merchant Center and GA4 is only needed if you go on to the SKU Profit Audit.
Is this a sales pitch in disguise?
No. We do not present slides and we do not pitch a retainer on the call. If the account is in good shape we will say so, and several reviews have ended exactly that way.
Will you tell me if my current agency is doing a good job?
Yes, including when the answer is that they are. You are free to take anything we say straight back to them.
What happens afterwards?
Three outcomes are normal. You act on the findings yourself, you hand them to your current agency, or you decide the deeper SKU Profit Audit is worth doing. We are equally happy with all three.
