    Retained management means we do the work-building, optimising, and managing your campaigns daily. Consultancy means we advise, audit, and guide. You (or your team) execute. Think of it as having a senior strategist on call without the full management retainer.

    Absolutely. Many clients start with a one-off review or advisory engagement, then move to retained management once they see the commercial impact. We'll always recommend the right model for your stage.

    A comprehensive written report covering account structure, targeting efficiency, bid strategy, conversion tracking, budget allocation, and waste identification. You'll get a prioritised action plan with estimated commercial impact for each recommendation.

    Typically monthly, though we flex based on your needs. Some clients prefer fortnightly during campaign launches or seasonal peaks. Between sessions, you have priority access via Slack or email for tactical questions.

    We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement to see meaningful strategic impact, but there are no lock-in contracts. After the initial period, it rolls monthly with 30 days' notice.

    Yes - bluntly. Many advisory engagements start with a second-opinion review of an incumbent. We assess against commercial outcomes, not platform vanity metrics, and tell you whether to renew, renegotiate, or replace. We won't pitch ourselves as the answer if the incumbent is doing the job well.

    Our retained work is Google and Microsoft Ads only. In consultancy mode we'll review and advise on the commercial logic across the whole paid mix - what each channel is being asked to do, where targets conflict, and where attribution is misleading the P&L. Execution on non-Google channels stays with you or a partner.
